Online training provides a perfect platform to be able to train anytime and anywhere. When we are "on the go" we often find it hard to make time for ourselves to train, but with our online training, you can train from the comfort of your home at your convenience

Weight training and resistance training is critical in building muscle and maintaining healthy muscle function. Weight training not only strengthens the muscles but also strengthens the tendons and muscle attachments, which will help you keep your body healthy and function at the highest level

Self defence based around traditional Kung Fu. We take the core principles of a 1500 year old art and teach you how to defend yourself in any situation. Building confidence and self-esteem, Kung Fu training is a powerful tool to help learn self defence techniques that work in a sport or street application

Boxing classes are a perfect workout. Not only do you learn boxing movements, you also work the  carciovascular system. With a fun and intense workout routine, boxing sessions make training enjoyable and engaging

Tai Chi and mediation help relive the stress which we deal with on a daily basis. With an emphasis on soft movement and controlled breathing, tai chi creates the perfect environment to be able to train irrespective of age or injuries. Meditation allows each person to centre themselves and set important life goals

Pilates is built around a core strengthening routine. It is important to have a strong core when lifting or working out. A strong core will transition into many facets of life enabling you to train without fear of injury

An energetic workout that is guranteed to work your cardiovascular system. With mininmal impact on your joints, fitness sessions build strength, speed, muscular endurance while also an immense amount of calories off your body
